Stress is everywhere. Almost everyone you talk to these days will tell you how stressed out they are. It's become a sort of a badge of honor. It’s a badge of honor that is exhausting and gets in the way of being our best at work and with family and friends. Worst of all, it stops us from living our most awesome life.

So, we have put together a talk that we cannot wait to share with you! The talk is called “Not Your Average Stress Talk”. Why? Because we wanted to go beyond the usual work stress talk and give you something more. Rather than providing you stress busting strategies that you already know (eat well! get sleep! exercise!), we want to shed some light on why we drive ourselves to burn out in the first place and why it’s so hard to stick with the things we know are good for us. Gaining insight into our behavior patterns is the first step towards creating lasting change in your life.
