Specialty Populations/Issues:

I have a lot of experience with addiction and risky sexual behaviour... as well as a lot of experience with children and adolescents.

Like all Shift Psychologists, Beth is trained in the Shift Protocol, which is the highly effective blending of two well-researched approaches: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). She also has experience in school psychology.

She also really loves reality television, finding new ways to make vegan food that even carnivores will enjoy, baking and the occasional getaway to anywhere she hasn’t been before; bonus points if it is on or near a beach
