Cara takes a positive, strength-based approach and has worked with individuals, families and students of all ages.  She also enjoys coaching clients sort through interpersonal challenges, and to improve their personal performance in all areas of their lives.  With a warm and empathetic style, she quickly establishes rapport and helps motivate her clients to improve their lives and create a joy-filled existence. Cara is compassionate and open-minded and feels strongly that emotional struggles and difficult experiences are universal, and everyone should have access to the help that they need.  When she is not immersed in creating magnificent mental fitness for clients, you could find her cuddling her dog while binging true crime documentaries, or getting her boots on to attend a country concert. She also really loves Batman, jetting off to California, and the occasional mystery novel (Karin Slaughter books are a personal favourite).
