I work with both adolescents, and adults. In addition to working with clients who experience anxiety and depression, I have a special interest in working with those who experience chronic pain and/or somatoform disorders. Sport and performance psychology are other areas of interest, ultimately helping people reach beyond their limiting beliefs to achieve a readily accessible flow state. My other areas of focus include fertility and pregnancy loss, burnout, and trauma related stress.

What is a skill you are working on currently?
