Like all Shift Clinicians, Aneesha is trained in the Shift Protocol, which is the highly effective blending of two well-researched approaches: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Bi-Lateral Stimulation (BLS). Aneesha works with adults.

I’m currently a coach, and soon-to-be provisional psychologist at the 124 Street location in Edmonton,

What are your academic credentials?

Bachelor of Arts (Major: Psychology; Minor: Sociology) from MacEwan University

Master of Counselling Psychology from City University of Seattle.

Do you have any pets?

No pets at the moment, but definitely a dog lover!

What motivates or inspires you?

Seeing the people around me doing well and achieving their goals.

What is your favourite food?

I absolutely love Mexican, Greek and Italian cuisine.

What is a skill you are working on currently?

Learning to “go with the flow” and not planning every single moment in my life…been there, done that and you miss out on just living in and enjoying the present moment.

What do you do in your spare time?

Spend time with family and friends, Netflix, journaling and wine.

What is your dream car?

I don’t think I have one.

What is your go-to for a good laugh?

Stand-up comedy specials on Netflix, the classics (Friends, The Office, That 70s Show) and being around friends and family will have me on the floor for sure!
