My specialty areas include helping individuals who are experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, and a history of trauma. I also enjoy working with athletes experiencing difficulties with performance, anxiety and depression.
What is your favourite food?
I love to cook and try new flavours and dishes. There’s no way I could choose a favourite!
What is a skill you are working on currently?
Prioritizing self-care and making my yoga and meditation practice a daily practice.
What do you do in your spare time?
Spend time with my husband and three girls, get outside, cook, do art. Currently, I spend a lot of my spare time watching my girls re-enact Frozen.
What is your dream car?
Whatever makes getting three kids in and out of the car as easy as possible – so currently the VW Atlas.
What is your favourite book?
There are so many! So, I will mention two from very different genres: The Dark Tower by Stephen King and Steppenwolf by Hermann Hesse.
What is your go-to for a good laugh?
I laugh often and find humour in the world around me. My husband and kids make me laugh constantly.
