Like all Shift Psychologists, Christina is trained in the Shift Protocol, which is the highly effective blending of two well-researched approaches: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Bi-Lateral Stimulation (BLS). Christina works mostly with adults.

My name is Christina but my close family members sometimes call me Tina.

I am currently a Shift Coach, and am awaiting approval from CAP for my Provisional Psychologist status!

Masters of Counselling Psychology.

What motivates or inspires you?

My children motive and inspire me.
