I am a Concierge at Shift and I manage all the intakes.

What are your academic credentials?

I have a B.A. degree in Applied Psychology.

Do you have any pets?

Nope – well, not yet anyway.

What motivates or inspires you?

My husband (and best friend) is hands down my biggest inspiration and my very own personal motivational speaker.

What is your favourite food?

Definitely chicken! Prepared any way. Oh, and dark chocolate, of course.

What is a skill you are working on currently?

I have been taking up snowboarding lessons and fully intend to conquer at least one mountain slope without falling. I am also trying to get back into reading more – currently reading Jordan Peterson’s 12 Rules For Life.

What do you do in your spare time?

Spending time with my husband, cooking, and watching comedy series. I also enjoy practicing yoga or going for a run, scuba diving, painting, sketching, and dancing. Let’s not forget my love for amateurly playing acoustic guitar – I plan on getting an electric guitar soon so that I can rock out in my living room (and try not to bother the neighbors too much)!

What is your dream car?

I’m not much of a driver, but if I’d have to choose, a Jeep Wrangler for adventure in the mountains and a Mini Cooper for the city.

What is your go-to for a good laugh?

Watching the Friends TV series never fails! I also enjoy good memes and Brandon Farris on YouTube.
